The Ebonyi State Election Petition Tribunal has been ordered to immediately relocate to the Federal Capital Territory in Abuja by the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeal, Monica Mensem. POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the directive has forced the shutdown of the election petition Tribunal office at the Ebonyi State Judiciary Headquarters in Abakaliki, as announced by the Secretary of the Tribunal, Nyior Henry Sekulla on Wednesday. The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has won the rescheduled election in the Ezza North/Ishielu Federal Constituency of Ebonyi State. The  candidate of APGA for Ezza North/Ishielu Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Nwobashi Joseph was declared the winner by the INEC Declaration Officer, Prof. A.O. Ibegbu, in the April 15, 2023 Rerun electio,n in the Constituency. APGA candidate polled a total of  11,890 votes to defeat his closest rival - the candidate of PDP - who got 11,150 votes. The Ebonyi APGA candidate for Ezza North/ Ishielu federal constituency, Hon. Joseph Nwobasi has been declared the winner of the Saturday supplementary election held in Ebonyi State. Hon. Nwobasi won with a total vote of 11,894 while the PDP candidate, Barr. Emmanuel Nwite get a total number of vote of 11, 114 while the APC candidate Mrs. Nora Alo scores a total number of 10, 383 votes. Hon.
