EBONYI APGA MOURNS AS THE BODY OF THE LATE OGBO IS COMMITTED TO MOTHER EARTH TODAY @OKPANKU.



Late Ogbanna Boniface Nwosu is an officer of the Nigerian Security of Civil defence corp, he was one of the officer killed on duty while protecting his principal, the Ebonyi APGA gubernatorial candidate, Prof. Bernard Ifeanyi Odoh during an assassination attack at Okpoto in Ishielu LGA, Ebonyi State.

Late Ogbo is a core Christian, humble, honest and always dedicated on duty. He's loved by all because of personality and jovial character.

Live to honor the death of Late Ogbo at his compound in Okpanku in Enugu State today includes, Prof. Bernard I. Odoh, the most distinguished Senator Emmanuel Onwe Uzor, Ph.D., the members of the Ebonyi APGA family and the Nigerian Security of Civil Defense Corp, NSCDC.

As his body his body is led to rest today, 1st April 2023. The Ebonyi APGA family commiserate with the deceased family and pray for the peaceful repose of the departed soul. While we will continue support, pray for God to comfort the deceased family at this critical time of grief.

May his soul rest in perfect peace, Amen!

Ebonyi lawmakers threaten speaker with impeachment over gov’s loan request.

Crisis appears to be brewing at the Ebonyi State House of Assembly following the demand by members to impeach the Speaker, Francis Nwifuru, if he refuses to resign. Nwifuru, who is also the governor-elect, has been the Speaker since 2015. A document, titled, ‘Ebonyi Speaker under fire to resign or risk impeachment,’ signed by the Public Relations Officer of the Assembly, Mr Egede Sylvester, and obtained by our correspondent, said the members demanded the immediate resignation of Nwifuru and his deputy, Kingsley Ikoro, or they should face impeachment.
