The ruling of the Supreme Court today was merely a correction of a slip on page 13 of the subsisting judgment of the Supreme Court delivered on 14th 0ctober, 2021, which validated the leadership of Dr Victor Ike Oye.
The ruling has not changed the status quo of the leadership of APGA ably led by Dr Victor Oye.The name of Dr Victor Ike Oye was mentioned at page 13 of the Supreme Court judgment of 14th October, 2021 instead of the name of Edozie Njoku in the course of giving a background fact of the case falsely presented at the High Court of Jigawa State.
The ruling of the supreme court today has not confered anything whatsoever on Edozie Njoku.
The substance of the judgment of the supreme court delivered in favour of Dr Victor Ike Oye on 14th October,2021 remains intact and unchanged.
Edozie Njoku, in his usual antics, has gone viral on social media and has misinformed Channels Television into issuing unverified and false reportage.
We call on our teeming members and supporters to remain unperturbed by the misinformation been peddled by Edozie Njoku.
Dr Victor Ike Oye remains the recognized National Chairman of APGA.
The ruling of today confirms further the fact that Edozie Njoku forged the judgment of the Supreme Cour, which he has been parading. With this ruling today, it is clear that Edozie Njoku will surely end up in jail for forging the judgment of the Supreme
Court all along.
